Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups Almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, almond milk, vegetable oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and tilt to spread evenly.
  3. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for another minute.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
