Ingredients 

Coleslaw Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage green or purple
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 0.5 cup Vegan Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
