Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g chow mein noodles use vegan noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • ¼ cup soy sauce use low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
