- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Lightly grease the waffle iron and pour the batter onto the iron. Cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the waffles are crispy and cooked through.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
