Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Young Jackfruit drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 lime Juice of Lime
  • 8 small Tortillas

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup Avocado diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add jackfruit, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Squeeze lime juice over the jackfruit mixture and stir well.
  6. 6. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  7. 7. Assemble tacos by placing jackfruit mixture on tortillas and adding desired toppings.
