Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower chopped
  • 2 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, vegetable broth, almond milk, garlic, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve over pasta or vegetables.
