Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce Recipe
A creamy, dairy-free Alfredo sauce made with cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower chopped
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Steam the cauliflower until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, combine steamed cauliflower, vegetable broth, almond milk, garlic, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-10 minutes.
4. Serve over pasta or vegetables.
