Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Adjust seasoning to taste and add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
