  • 2 cups raw cashews soaked overnight
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup water as needed

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  4. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
