Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup water more if needed

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
