Main Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours or overnight
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup water more if needed
Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
