Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup Oats ground into flour
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans, oat flour, chopped onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
