  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
  3. Gradually add the vegetable broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
