- ¼ cup Vegan butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it forms a paste.
Gradually add the vegetable broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
