- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup coconut milk

1. In a pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
2. Add the chopped broccoli and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
