Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Textured vegetable protein (TVP)
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • ½ cup Oats ground into flour
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sage dried
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme dried
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine TVP and vegetable broth. Let it sit for 10 minutes to rehydrate.
  2. 2. Add ground oats, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, thyme, and black pepper to the rehydrated TVP. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
