Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and sliced
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, pour the almond milk.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each tofu slice into the flour mixture, then the almond milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the breaded tofu slices on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
