Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In one bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, pour the almond milk.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Dip each tofu slice into the flour mixture, then the almond milk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded tofu slices on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
