Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Add the oats, onion, garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
