Main Ingredients
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
1. In a food processor, combine black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
