- 2 cups cooked beans (black, pinto, or kidney)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the cooked beans, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
