Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Baguette sliced into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Daikon radish julienned
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 block Tofu pressed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Press and slice the tofu. Marinate with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the tofu until golden brown.
  3. 3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Add carrots and daikon radish. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Slice the baguette and toast it lightly.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwich with tofu, pickled vegetables, cucumber, and cilantro.
