  • 8 pcs Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
  6. Serve warm.
