- 8 pcs Carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm.
