Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Black Beans cooked and mashed
- 1 cup Corn cooked
- 1 cup Vegan Cheese shredded
- 8 pieces Corn Tortillas
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed black beans, corn, vegan cheese, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Spoon the mixture onto the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
4. Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and cook for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
