  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
