Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Turkey carcass leftover from a roasted turkey
  • 2 cups Carrots chopped
  • 2 cups Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Leftover turkey meat shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the turkey carcass in a large pot and cover with water.
  2. 2. Add chopped carrots, celery, onion, and minced garlic to the pot.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Strain the broth to remove bones and vegetables.
  5. 5. Return the broth to the pot and add shredded turkey meat.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
