Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and lemon juice to make the dressing.
2. Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
3. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
4. Add the tofu and dressing to the salad bowl and toss everything together.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
