Tater Tots Casserole Recipe

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Mix in the cream of mushroom soup, frozen mixed vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
