- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans to make the topping.
Sprinkle the topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
