Sauce Ingredients

Ketchup

Rice vinegar

Brown sugar

Cornstarch
mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Set aside.
2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and stir-fry the pork until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the bell pepper and onion until slightly tender.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and the sauce mixture to the wok. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
5. Return the pork to the wok and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
