Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup Bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion cut into chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and stir-fry the pork until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add more oil if needed and stir-fry the bell pepper and onion until slightly tender.
  4. 4. Add the pineapple chunks and the sauce mixture to the wok. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return the pork to the wok and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
