  • 2 cups plant-based milk

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the plant-based milk, whisking until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it out thinly.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
