Sushi Rice Recipe
This is a basic recipe for making sushi rice, perfect for sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice
- 2.5 cups Water
- 0.25 cup Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 
- Add the rinsed rice and water to a rice cooker. Cook according to the rice cooker's instructions. 
- In a small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Do not boil. 
- Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice and gently fold to combine. Let the rice cool to room temperature before using.
