Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add milk, eggs, and melted butter, whisking until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, tilting to spread evenly.
Cook until edges are golden, about 2 minutes, then flip and cook another minute.
Fill crepes with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
