Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the steak pieces and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
