Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 1 mango peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the mango slices, soy sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice and green onions.
  8. Serve hot.
