Spicy Gluten-Free Chicken and Cheddar Waffles

Waffle Batter
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.25 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 0.25 cup chopped green onions
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, and green onions.
