Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes

- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 cups Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, sugar, dried basil, dried oregano, and black pepper.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve over cooked spaghetti.
