Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
