Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken breasts, shred them, and return to the slow cooker. Stir well before serving.
