Skillet Corned Beef Hash Recipe

- 2 cups cooked corned beef, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and corned beef to the skillet. Spread them out evenly.
4. Press down with a spatula and let cook undisturbed until the bottom is crispy and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Flip the mixture in sections and press down again. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the other side is crispy.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
