Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
