  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions Scallions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions. Serve immediately.
