- 4 cups Patty Pan Squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the sliced patty pan squash to the skillet.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the squash is tender and slightly browned.
