  • 1 lb Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and turn golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
