Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package Frozen hash browns thawed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cooked sausage, and 1 ½ cups of cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
