Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, hash browns, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 package Frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cooked sausage, and 1 ½ cups of cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
