Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
