Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg beaten
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a squeeze of lemon.
