Main Ingredients
- 3 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 pcs Carrots peeled and diced
- 1 cup Peas frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Pickles diced
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, carrots, peas, pickles, and cooked chicken.
Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
