Rotisserie Chicken Noodle Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken shredded
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Celery sliced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Egg Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. 
- 2. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes. 
- 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. 
- 4. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions. 
- 5. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes. 
- 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
