Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
