Roasted Pork Banh Mi Recipe
A delicious Vietnamese sandwich with roasted pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder sliced thin
- 4 baguettes split
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 1 cup daikon radish julienned
- ½ cup cilantro fresh
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Place pork shoulder slices on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until cooked through. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, daikon radish, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes to pickle. 
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the split baguettes. 
- Layer roasted pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh cilantro inside the baguettes. 
- Drizzle with soy sauce and serve immediately.
