Roasted Pork Banh Mi Recipe
A delicious Vietnamese sandwich with roasted pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder sliced thin
- 4 baguettes split
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- 1 cup daikon radish julienned
- ½ cup cilantro fresh
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pork shoulder slices on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, daikon radish, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes to pickle.
Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the split baguettes.
Layer roasted pork, pickled vegetables, and fresh cilantro inside the baguettes.
Drizzle with soy sauce and serve immediately.
