Ingredients 

Pickling Ingredients

  • 4 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until salt and sugar dissolve.
  2. 2. Place cucumber slices, mustard seeds, dill seeds, and garlic in mason jars.
  3. 3. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jars, leaving some space at the top.
  4. 4. Seal the jars and let them cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
