Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 1 teaspoon Dill seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool.
  2. 2. Place cucumbers, garlic, dill seeds, and peppercorns in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jar.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
