Refreshing Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, and red onion. 
- 2. Add the feta cheese and fresh mint to the bowl. 
- 3. Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad. 
- 4. Gently toss everything together until well combined. 
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
