Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Oranges peeled and sliced
- 1 pc Grapefruit peeled and sliced
- 1 pc Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 handful Mint Leaves chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange and grapefruit slices.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the citrus slices and toss gently to combine.
4. Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve immediately.
