  • 2 lbs red potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the red potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
